When do I get billed?
You will get billed two weeks before your subscription is due. To notify you that your
account is about to expire. The billing date for the account is normally the day that you had originally installed the service. You will be billed on a three months, six months, or one year period (depending on your subscription package).
Do I receive any reminders?
You will receive three automated messages on your screen to remind you that your account is about to expire. The first message will alert you to expect a bill. Within a week of receiving the first message, you should expect to have received an invoice by mail. If by then, you have not received a statement informing you of your account, you will need to contact our office and speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives. After you receive the first message and an invoice, you will receive two automated messages on your screen reminding you of payment.
How do I pay my Bill?
You will be able to pay your bill at any Australia Post through bill pay. You can also send your statement along with a money order, personal cheque or bank cheque to Suite 1C, 9 Burwood Rd Burwood NSW 2134. Payments over the phone are accepted, however a surcharge may apply.
What happens if I fail to pay the Account?
If you fail to pay the account on time, a disconnection fee may apply.
If the service gets disconnected how long does it take to reactivate?
The service normally gets reactivated between 6pm till 9pm Sydney time. Should you have any further enquiries about this issue, please contact our office.
Change of Billing Address:
If you need to change your billing address, please contact our office. WMI might be able to assist you in finding a qualified technician should you require assistance in moving your equipment.
Who is responsible for installation?
WMI is not responsible for the installation of the receiver and or satellite dish. If you require a technician to install the service, WMI will only be able to assist you in recommending a technician but will not be able to physically install the service for you.
What do I need to install Mysat?
In order to install Mysat, You will need a small KU band satellite dish, a Mysat Receiver and a Smart Card.
How do I install Mysat?
You need to have a small Ku band satellite dish installed. The dish should not be less than 65 to 85 cm.
The MySat receiver is a box similar to a VHS machine, where the MySat Smart Card is inserted and allows the Satellite signal that is captured by the satellite dish to be transformed into picture and sound onto your TV screens.
Placing the service on hold!
If you are going away or you wish to place your service on hold, you will need to send a letter confirming the date of departure and when you wish to get your service back on. The maximum period of time that you will be allowed to place your service on hold, is three months. If you stop your account and you still have extra days on your subscription, the days will be credited to your account once your service has been activated.

Step 7: Press clear all the way out and channels should appear
Picture And Sound Don’t Match Step 1: Switch off the box and turn back on and it should fix itself up
Step 2: If it does not work try the SYS button and put in AUTO preferably, if there TV does not take NTSC put it in PAL
Black and White Screen
Step 1: Press Menu
Step 2: System Settings Press Ok
Step 3: Av output and press ok
Step 4: Video System change to Pal
Press ok then clear
Organising Channels
Step 1: Press Menu
Step 2: Installation Ok Step 3: Service Organising & Press ok
Step 4: Organising Tv & Press Ok
Step 5: Choose Move & press ok
Step 6 : Choose the channel Press Ok (turns red) and move it up the number that u want and Press Ok it will turn blue
Step 7: When u finish Press Menu and Choose Yes to confirm.
Syria PID Search
Step 1. Download Syria as per normal procedures making sure that the frequency is 12726, when you finish go back to Manual Search
Step 2 Manual search make sure freq. is 12726
Step 3: PID search change to on and press ok.
Step 4: New page
Video PID 0521
Audio PID 0649
PCR PID 0521
Then press OK
MYSAT ADTH BN62
Step 1: Press menu
Step 2: Go to Installation and press ok.
Step 3: PIN Code 0000
Step 4: Go to Manual search and press ok
Step 5: Make sure that the frequency and symbol rate are correct
Step 6: Press the red button
Step 7: Press clear all the way out and channels should appear Black and White Screen Step 1: Press Menu

GL BOX
Step 1: Press menu
Step 2: Go to Installation and scroll down to Manuel search and press ok
Step 3: Enter password of 0000 and press ok

Step 5: Go to ALL to append and press ok

Step 3: Change Dish Installation Press Ok
Step 4: Enter Pin Code 9949
Step 5: Enable transponders 3, 4 and 6. After enabling all transponders press exit (to enable : Choose transponder e.g 3 and press OK then using the right arrow choose enable and press OK)
Step 6: Select Tune and Rescan and Press Ok. TO CHECK SIGNAL QUALITY for a UEC:
Depress UHF green button for 5 seconds the quality percentage will appear anything over 75 is good
For Fine Tuning use the down arrow and then press OK
ARION RECEIVERS
Step 1: Press Menu
Step 2: Manual Search OK
Cheque Sat Name, Freq. 12646, Symbol Rate 28060 Pol Hor, FEC ¾ Nework Search Yes,
Step 3: Press Red button Saving
Step 4 : Search Success OK Then exit
Problem 1
LOSS OF ALL PICTURE AND SOUND
Step 1: Check the signal level and signal quality.
Step 2: If signal quality is low try to increase the levels or call your installer for further information.
Step 3: If the levels are high remove the smart card from the receiver.
Step 4: Switch the receiver power off.
Step 5: Place the card back in and switch the receiver back on and wait for a couple of minutes.
Step 6: If the channels do not appear, make a mention of the message on your screen and call our office with these details.
Problem 2
MEANING OF DIFFERENT MESSAGES ON TV SCREEN
Smart Card:
Things that the card never does:
1)Does not switch on and off
2)Does not cause pixelation
If you constantly lose the channels and get them back automatically, then it is more likely that you are having technical problems with your satellite dish and you will require a qualified technician to resolve the problem.
You may at one stage get any of these messages on your TV screens: E05 Unknown smart card Step 1: Remove smart card from receiver and check whether the card is placed in the correct way. ( BN boxes , GL and UEC , card should be facing the floor and going in first, for the Arion boxes card should be facing the ceiling and going in first)
Step 2: Install the card until you lose the E05 message.
Step 3: The picture should reappear after a couple of minutes.
Step 4: If picture does not appear you should get either E16 or E30.
Step 5: If E16 contact our office to reconnect or just leave it on the LBC for about 30 minutes without changing the channel
Step 6: If E30 wait a couple of minutes and picture should reappear.
Step 7: If picture does not reappear after 30 minutes please contact our office. Bad or No Signal and/ or E48 No Signal/ E52 Searching for signal Step 1: Check whether your receiver is in Radio Mode and adjust to TV if so.
Step 2: Check the signal level and quality.
Step 3: Try to increase your signal level and quality.
Step 4: If you cannot increase the levels contact your installer.
Scrambled Channel
Step 1: Check the signal levels and quality.
Step 2: If the signal level is low then adjust accordingly, if this cannot be done call your installer.
Step 4: If the levels are okay take out the card from the receiver.
Step 5: Turn the receiver off from the power and install the card.
Step 6: Switch the receiver on and leave it on one of our channels for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 7: If the levels are good and the channels still do not reappear after this time please contact our office.
If you have a blue screen on your television:
Blue screen: you are not on the right channel on TV, you need to retune your TV.
Black Screen: take your card out of the receiver, unplug your receiver from the PowerPoint, put your card back in, switch your receiver back on and leave it on one channel for 30 to 45 minutes. The picture should appear after you have completed this process. If for some reason you don’t get the channel back, please contact our office.
